HP Active Pen G3 not working with HP Pavilion X360

Hello HP Community!

I am trying to use the HP Active rechargeable pen G3 with the laptop Pavilion X360. The pen can pair easily to the computer and the buttons seam to be working fine.

However, the pen tips are not working with the touch screen.  The touch screen is enabled because it works with my finger.

Is this HP pen compatible or not with the Pavilion X360? It is difficult to find the information.

If the pen is compatible how can I make it work?

This pen is likely not compatible with your computer.

What is the exact model of your computer?
