I have a HP all in one desktop that has a small black page stuck at the bottom right. At the top of the page, it says HP All In One then below it is has options that say color power management information and exit. Its auto shuffling and flashing through the options. I cannot touch this area on the screen where it is. My mouse goes under the page and using the touchscreen does not work on this section either. It is showing at the bottom Current Mode:1920x1080 60hz and across from that says Display: PC.
Can anyone give any suggestions on how to get rid of this? I have reset the computer multiple times as well as tried to use the task manager, but nothing shows up to close.
