All-in-one fell on desk. No external damage. The PC turns on and am able to log in. However, the display has a black line across the middle of the screen. After a few minutes the screen starts to flicker and then nothing but a blue screen. Took it to BestBuy. They turned it on and then when they saw the blue screen said nothing could be done to fix it. Wanting to see if it is at all possible to fix this issue since only had it for 3 months.

My guess is -- probably not. Why? Because what you are describing comes under the heading of "accidental damage" and that is excluded from coverage by the HP Warranty. So, you would have to pay the entire cost of replacing the screen and all the labor costs yourself. That could easily cost more that simply replacing the PC.
But if you find a repair shop that will order the parts and fix it, be sure to get a full estimate up front, because this is going to be VERY expensive.
