Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys,

 

I have three HP Compaq LA2306x monitors, one of them recently stopped working. The monitor is not displaying anything and the LED is blinking blue. I cannot turn the monitor itself off either, I have to remove the power cable. I have tried all three inputs but none on them work (can confirm, my other two monitors work fine). I have also tried  a different power cable and socket. I'm all out of ideas.

Hello there, i work with testing monitors daily. I met the same issue as you with a few of the LA2306x i have.
As far as i can tell this seems to be a problem with the PSU(Power supply unit) of the monitor. If you still have warranty on the product i would reccomment you to contact the provider you bought it from or HP directly.

Anyone else has any other thoughts on this problem? Is my assumption right? Is it a defect PSU or is there a way to fix this without replacing the PSU in the monitor?
