Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought an HP E14  G4 portable monitor.  Plugged the USB-C cord into my laptop and then the HP monitor, powered it on and the following error is displayed:

Input Signal Not Found

USB-C Video 1

Check the video cable and video source

I have tried plugging it into another model laptop on Windows 11 but get the exact same error.    Please advise how to resolve this issue.

Not all USB-C ports have video out.   What  is the model ID of the laptops in question?  A bios upgrade may be required for windows 11

Do not include the phrase

It does not appear the laptop supports video (DP) over their USB-c

I was unable to find "N18Q13"

Sorry
