HP Elitedisplay E243
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've been experiencing the HDMI - No Input signal found on my HP e243 monitor and have tried every step on the HP Support website.

I've tried different laptops, HDMI cables, unplugging and restarting the monitor, updating the drivers. Nothing has helped.

It also has times where it does work on my laptop, but then 20 minutes later it doesn't work

The laptop recognizes the monitor in the display settings, but the monitor does not recognize any of my laptops, and just goes to sleep. I have the laptop to recognize the monitor as 60Hz, and that has not done anything either.

I am looking to buy a display port to HDMI cable tomorrow to see if that works, but i'm not sure if i'm missing something, as this is a recent issue, it was fine the last year i've had this monitor.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

P.s - I'm using the monitor as a second screen, using a Acer laptop (other laptop is a dell, they are both using windows 10, and both have been updated with the driver on HP website for this monitor)
