Product: HP EliteDisplay E243m 23.8-inch Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have two E243M monitors. The display works but not the sound or Mic.
I have downloaded the uptodate drivers etc but still not working.
When I unplug the USB, as I read this had some issues, and plugged it back in I get an error message saying USB malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it.
I have tried everything I have read on forums but cannot get the sound or Mic to work.
The lap top I use is a HP Elitebook with intel core i7
It is clear for me it is something to do with the USB. I have uninstalled the drivers etc and still nothing.
