I have just connected a new HP E27m conferencing monitor. The webcam is not working. I have followed all the instructions given previously to a user regarding settings, app access, privacy etc. The camera shows up in the device manager menu but this "event" is the latest one listed in the device manager

 

Device USB\VID_04F2&PID_B6A4&MI_02\6&e6973b4&1&0002 had a problem starting.
