Product: HP ENVY Curved 34-b135se All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Computer does not power on. Power switch flashes 3 slow times and then flashes 4 times while beep (clicks) 8 times.  

We have tried all the unplugging and holding the power button with no luck.
