Product: HP EliteBook 8560w Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Elitebook 8560w out of the blue while I was listening to music via it, started showing red lines and aftwr few seconds it went blank on screen but the fan was still and the keyboard didn't work so was the touchpad. I thought it was something to do with my OS because am running Windows 10 pro on it, I then re installed my OS but it didn't work. When I check on display adapter it shows Microsoft basic display it doesn't show my amd driver. What could be the problem though is it my bios because I can't get bios for my laptop since am running it on Windows 10.
