Hey All,

 

I would like to ask for your help about the PC what I am using. This is a HP Elitedesk 800 G5 with an Intel UHD Graphics 630 integrated GPU. This PC has 2 DP port and 1 USB-C port.

 

My config is the following:

  • 1 USB-C to HDMI converter with one Dell monitor

  • 1 DP (first port) to HDMI converter with one Dell monitor

  • 1 DP (second port) to HDMI convertert with one UHD TV

2-3 weeks ago the second port DP blacked out and it is not working anymore. I have tried to change the DP ports cables but the same happened that the second DP port not working with any of the displays.

 

I know that the DP converters have to be active and there was a setup where all the 3 displays working parallel for 2-3 months so the convertes are okay, I think.

 

I have tried several things on the last weeks: DDU removal tool use with safe mode, install the newest GPU driver, bought another DP converter (genuine HP), check several forums about this problem but any of them are not working.

Do you have any idea where I should find the problem?
