Product: HP EliteOne 870 27 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC (7F153AV)
It seems that you can't use the webcam when working in monitor mode (e.g., using the Eliteone as an external monitor for a notebook). You are able to extend the screen and use the audio system, but you can't use the Eliteone webcam. This seems a little bit awkward because normally you sit in front of the Eliteone screen and have to place an additional webcam (I put it now over the inbuilt one) to get a frontal or you use the notebook webcam with more or less recording you from the side. For a high-end product, I didn't expect that flaw.
