HP ENVY 23-d027c
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy 23 All In One and the touch screen is unresponsive.  I wiped the hard drive and re-insalled Windows 8.1 and it is still not working.

- all the drivers installed except for the Intel Graphics Driver which I receive an error

- when I view Systems it says no Pen or Touch is available

- I'm using the most current Bios

- under devices there are 4 HID devices but none state touchscreen.  Two do state HID-Complient vendor-defined device

Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
