HP Envy All-in-One 27 B014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just purchased a new Envy AIO desktop which came pre-loaded with a 3D Vision Photo Viewer.  Yet when launching the program, the message "Primary Displays Adapter does not support NVIDIA 3D Vision" appears.

The machine had a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M graphics card.  Is there a setting I am not utilzing, or is this pre-installed software a tease?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I hope you're well @Bule

I read about the 3D vision photo viewer issue and wanted to stop in to share my suggestions with you 🙂

Going through your post, it seems you are having issues while using the 3D vision photo viewer on your new Envy All-in-One. I did some digging and it seems the best option is to complete reinstall of the drivers.

Check this NVidia thread: http://hp.care/2lASnk1

  1. Following the recommendations there, try this:
  2. Go to Control Panel - Programs and features.
  3. Select and uninstall the NVidia components completely.
  4. Now try using the NVidia driver update utility to automatically update the drivers. Check here: http://hp.care/2lAF3w7
  5. Restart the PC and check.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Good luck 🙂
