Looking at the manual for your system, windows 10 is shown. Not sure how you got 8.1 unless you downgraded. I was unable to find any 8.1 HP original DVD. There is Microsoft genuine 8.1 free download but that will not have any drivers for HP and I do NOT recommend getting it. The 3rd party also had 10, not 8.1
Your motherboard manual list the graphics chipset as intel HD skylake gt2 and a google shows drivers at Lenovo. Download them but do NOT install, just allow it to be unpacked into c:\drivers (the default location

The folder "graphics" will contain the drivers. We will not use the installation app. Instead bring up device manager and select the update option and tell it to look in that "graphics" folder.

As far as I know, this PC came with Windows 10 Home. It must have been another poster who said they thought I had 8.1.
Anyway, HP is not responding to my requests for the HP media.
HP is not responding to my requests for drivers.
HP is not responding at all.
