F1703 Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Overnight, when I came into the room in the morning, the Monitor stoped working. The Power Switch ha s no effect, but the larger issue, the Power Switch LED flashes Blue and Amber then off Blue and Amber Flash then off, continuously.

 

I disassembled the case and inspected the PCB’s but couldn’t find any burn spots or cold spots. The transformer is putting out a bit over 12-Volts continuously.

 

What would cause the Black Screen and Flickering Power Button indicator light?
