HP X24ih Gaming Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. So recently, I having a unlikeable problem, which for me isn't understandable. I have a new HP X24ih Gaming Monitor for like 2 weeks. I was using all fine with this and one evening I watched Netflix on my PS4. Next day, I turned on my PS4 and I was having these lines on dark images. First, I got green lines, then somehow it had been fixed by himself and then it started again with red lines. And for waiting some moment, it fixes by himself again. And it's almost like that. What it could be? I was using HDMI from this one monitor and now I bought new Display port 1.4. PROBLEM IMAGE

Image shown is typical of digital artifacts produced by a gpu.  Streaming services send compressed data that has to be uncompressed in real time and displayed.  If a glitch in transmission, an unexpected "pause" of the system (CPU or GPUI) the image cannot be reconstructed and artifacts will occur.   I frequently watch MP4 movies using DVDfab through a PC and artifacts can show up when an update or some scheduled app runs unexpectedly typing up bandwidth and processing power.

If a DVD in the PS4 then may need to be cleaned.

If a computer game you may need to lower the resolution and the frame rate and visit some game sites that review hardware and make recommendations.

Good Luck
