Hi,
I'm experiencing a problem with a monitor from HP, model 534pm with integrated camera.
The camera was working correctly and could use and see the image when using it until yesterday, but from today when I try to use the camera it displays an information from HP and no visibility by the device is made. All the rest is working correctly.
Steps for the troubleshooting and resolutions applied:
- Installed the latest drivers
- Installed windows updates
- Removed the monitor from Device Management in Windows and installed again
- Factory reset to the monitor
- The firmware application was ran, but states it doesn't detect so it won't update the firmware
- No yellow icons appear in the Device Management
- Ran a diagnostic from Windows, but no issues detected
Is there anything else it can be made to try to resolve this hardware issue?
