HP Pavlion 32 Monitor QHD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've bought my 2nd HP Pavilion 32 QHD Monitor today and this time I installed the HP Mydisplay driver. It didn't work so I followed some online instructions about same problem but it has still not resolved my problem. I've updated my graphics drivers. I've uninstalled and reinstalled HP monitor driver + HP Mydisplay. All I get is "Enumerating Display Devices Phase 1" then I get a large blue circle going around and round then it disapears and nothing?

Can anyone help please? Thank you.

Hi

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.

AND/OR - Power on your PC, press Esc (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

AND/OR - Windows Logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B

AND/OR - If you’re using multiple displays, try projecting video to a different monitor.
Press the Windows Logo key + P, select a display, and then press Enter.

Hi,

My computer is a custom PC with dual HP 32" monitors. The advice you've given looks like you think I have a laptop or a HP computer of some kind?

And I magically deduced that from the Make, Model and OS info you gave, rather than my silly assumption that you posted in the HP Desktop forum, perhaps the Software section would have been more appropriate.

So the Microsoft dual monitor part for it's Windows operating system isn't relevant either?

So you have a custom Graphic setup, which if you explain about and give the info then maybe someone with brains will help out.
