OMEN 25i Gaming FHD Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings. I have a problem with my HP Omen 25i monitor.

The monitor is connected to the computer with an HDMI cable. Problem: When I try to connect a headset (headphones and microphone) to the monitor jack, there is sound, but it is 50% quieter than through the jack on the computer. How to fix it?

I tried to change the computer, HDMI cable, headphones - but the problem does not go away.

hi

I have seen a similar problem before.
we asked if there was a button to adjust the volume
maybe you have the same problem!
After research, so there was no possibility, to control the volume of the monitor, so if you are in the same case, there is nothing you can do
apart from changing the settings from the computer, if there is enhancement software, and / or from the audio settings try
Otherwise, it's a design problem, nothing to do!
