Product: HP Omen 27” Z4D33AA

Good morning! Very frustrated that my monitor fell off the stand in the middle of the night. This monitor costs over $600+ and I’ve had it almost 2 years now. Everything has been fine and it has sat on the same desk since purchasing it. Last night I woke up to the sound of it toppling over. Tried turning on the computer and the monitor is completely cracked internally! 

My warranty is expired so I am now out $600 because of what I can only assume is poor design. Do I have any options in terms of getting this repaired or am I better off using the cheap $60 monitor I’ve had for 6 years? Any help is appreciated

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
