HP Omen 35 Curved
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone,

I've had my HP Omen 35 for a little more than a year now. I purchased it off Amazon. A few weeks ago, my monitor started flickering. There will be random vertical or horizontal lines  in the screen. Sometimes the lines will be from edge to edge, at times it just small little lines. Aside from the lines, there will also be some sort of grey distorted figures.. not sure how else to describe it.. Here are the few things I did to troubleshoot but non of them worked.

1. Reinstalled the GPU driver.

2. Reinstalled the GPU driver with an old version.

3. Reset my PC.

4. Did a clean install of windows.

I'm trying to find other options for a fix so I ended up here in there forum.

Thanks,

Daryl

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

Have you tried the Monitor with another computer yet?

If possible please enter the BIOS on your computer and keep it under observation and let me know if the flickering persists in BIOS

Thank you
