Omen Obelisk 875-0300qd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have just received the Omen Obelisk and connected two monitors to the PC through an HDMI splitter. I know the splitter, monitors, and all cables involved work fine because I've been using them with my old PC up until today with no issue.

When I connect everything the second monitor mirrors the first, however in Display Settings the Multiple Displays section says "Didn't detect another display." I would like to extend my display, but the option isn't offered despite the fact that both monitors display the PC output.

Already updated the graphics card driver, not sure what else to try.
