OMEN X 27 240Hz Gaming Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a problem that has already been asked in rhe forums with no real answer. All the reply said was to contact support with a link that basically just sent me back in a circle to where I began. I have an omen x 27 monitor. When I first got the monitor I used the vesa mount and put it up on a monitor arm. I beleive I lost the part that allows the base to clip into the monitor. I am looking for a place to buy thar part or a way to be sent it.

@Jaress -- see: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/?searchtext=6FN07AA&searchby=product

The listing of components shows the part-number for a VESA mount

But, it also shows "N/A", meaning that you cannot purchase that component from HP.

So, search on eBay and Amazon for that part-number, to see if "anybody" has the component for sale.

Im not sure I accurately mentioned what Im missing. Im missing the little thin part that gets screws into the back of the monitor. Its seen at one minute in this video:

Basically because Im missing this part the base nor the included VESA mount will clip into the monitor. Seems very silly to make such a small part so vital to the stand. Especially since it is such an expensive monitor. There's really no solution to this mess either since it seems impossible to find.

Locate an "owner/operator" computer-store, and maybe they have a box of "miscellaneous" parts, cannibalized from "trade-in" computers.
