Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b017c (Touch)

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows download is corrupt - it will not extract when I run the exe.  Can the download link be fixed?  https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp135501-136000/sp135762.exe

@EM_MER -- I had no problem downloading the update.

 

Running the update created the directory :  C:\SWSetup\SP135762

with the contents:
