Hi I am trying to use the above monitor for the first time (we bought some years ago) there is a non uk power adapter plug which I need to change but also there seems to be an additional part needed to the AC Adapter/power cable to get power to the monitor to fit the small round connector at the back of the monitor. I’ve tried amazon and the HP store but problem is I don’t know exactly the name of what I’m looking for to search. Can anyone help? I’ve tried the power pack from HP pavilion laptop but connector doesn’t fit. Many thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are looking for an AC for UK standards.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
You just need to change the power cable which goes from the adapter to the mains outlet. In case the power cable is not removable from the adapter then you need to purchase a new power adapter.
I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in ordering the power adapter for the monitor.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
