Product: HP Pavilion 27 Quantum Dot 27-inch Display
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello together, my 27-inch monitor sometimes has difficulties detecting video sources. I already encountered the problem in the past, and a friendly HP support agent explained a button combination to me which kind of "hard resets" the monitor. After applying this method it worked fine for a while. Now the problem started to reappear, and I can't recall the reset method. Because my support period is over now, I hope anyone on this forum knows the reset method I am talking about (It's not the factory reset from the menu). Thanks in advance!

at this time not found any other possibility to reset
