Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this computer for a while. It was put up due to lack of space. I could have sworn that it was touchscreen but when I got it back out and set up the touchscreen didn't work. When HP scans it for model info, HP says it's a touchscreen. This thing says there is no touch hardware installed even though I have physically seen the board and connecting cable. What gives?? Where did my touchscreen go?? I have gone through every troubleshooting step Hp or Myself (Computer tech) could think of and nothing has done a thing.

I am having this same issue. Were you able to ever find a solution to this?
