the Touchscreen stopped working suddenly.  please be informed that I've already went to the device manager/Human Interface Devices and couldn't find the "HID - compliant touch screen driver displayed" to enable it but it is not excite (kindly see attachment picture) .  moreover I have updated the BIOS driver and graphics card derivers, and finally I have rest the computer to the factory sittings and got the Windows up to date, but still having the same problem, even if there is no any break or even scratch on the screen. I gave to find a solution please if anyone had the same issue and could solve it help me and let me know what to in this regard.

I am also experiencing the exact same dilemma. No updates were ran, no new programs, toolbars, applications installed recently (aside from Chrome...) . Did have issue where my keyboard was typing multiple letters while using chrome, so I uninstalled and reinstalled to cure the problem. Don't see how this may be connected, but thought I'd include for sake of full transparency.

My system indicates that I do not have the touchscreen option: "No pen or touch input is available for this display" as well as "HID - compliant touch screen driver displayed" absent under Device Manager/Human Interface Devices" folder, when I clearly have had touchscreen up to this point. The name of my system even includes the word touch. "HP Pavilion 23-q200 All-in-One Desktop PC series (Touch)

Please help us...I rely heavily on the touchscreen option for my work. Any help would be appreciated as the Virtual Bot appears to be lazy and incompetent at her job as she only makes it 5 steps into troubleshooting before defecting.
