I have same problem. Using CPU-Z I can see both graphics adapter but when I am launching any application it runs only Intel HD.

How can I change it in order that my apps uses Radeon?

I see that you're experiencing the similar issue with the HP product, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

Thanks for your hepl.

I think you are requesting my S/N.

It is: 4CE6460RF8

This is a HP Pavilion Wave 600-a005ns DT

I think it has a Radeon R9 M470 but windows 10 recognizes it as M380, but everything seems to works well.

Thank you for posting back.

To get the answer to this question, Radeon R9 M470 is a newer version of R9 m380 and they both graphics cards functionality are same.

I have exactly the same issue.

The device manager shows the 2 cards  (integrated Intel HD and Radeon) and both seem to be OK.

but when I look at the settings, with 2 screens connected (1 on Display port, 1 on HDMI), both show as being connected to the Intel HD. it is like the interbal wiring of the 2 physical ports are to the Intel HD, not to the Radeon.

Could that be possible?

Is there something that can be changed in the BIOS about this?

Thanks in advance

Yes, it is exactly the same thing. Every monitor I connect to this computer appears as conected to Intel HD and if I look at the Radeon config, there is an advice which says "there is no monitor connected to Radeon" ( or something like this ).

Searching in internet I have read in several webs that the radeon only works when the system needs it. Like running games or rendering...

But I have tested several games and the graphics not seem to run in a radeon. It is most like an Intel HD.

I hope that somebody can help us...

Thanks JNSP.

The problem i have with this setup is that the integrated Intel HD graphic is eating my main computer memory (that is only 4GB) as I have 2GB that are unused on the Radeon side....  😞   very disappoiting...   my computer is slow...

I would like to fully disable the Intel HD graphic and force the Radeon (and its video memory) to be used always...
