Product: Pavillion 23

My HP Pavillion 23 started playing back all of my downloaded color video's in my files in black and white. PLEASE HELP me with a solution to playback my files in COLOR!!!!

I see that you're experiencing video playback files, 
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Have you tried with different media player?
  • Have you checked YouTube videos?
  • How your playing those video files from the USB drive or system stored files or DVD?

Give me more information video card, is it AMD or Intel.
