Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded to Win 10 Home version 21H2 OS Build 19044.2006 and ever since I cannot get my HP Pavillion 27q to display correctly.  I tried downloading the latest driver from HP Support site, but there seems to be no driver available for the specific OS build. I tried the generic Windows 10 (64-bit) driver, but the display remained fuzzy.

I have a Dell desktop (XPS 8920) and it earlier had a Dell Display which was working fine. But when I changed to display to Pavillion 27q, I just cannot get it to display correctly.

Has anyone else faced a similar problem? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation!!

Hi @sharde,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing a display quality issue with your HP Pavilion 27q Display. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Make sure the BIOS and graphic drivers are upto date on your Dell PC and restart the devices and then check if the issue is resolved.

If the issue still persists, then you may refer to the steps mentioned in this document: HP and Compaq Flat Panel Displays - Display Quality Issues

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
