Hi! Anyone having the same issue? My son is using my computer and he said it started after update but when I connect another monitor, the green lines are not there. So dfinitely ruling out SOFTWARE ISSUE.
I am using HP ProDisplay P232 23 inch monitor, can I change the monitor right? Will it cost me much? If anyone can help me or point me to the right connection will appreciate it! Thank you in advance!

@acarreon -- when I connect another monitor, the green lines are not there.
Can you connect that monitor to a different desktop/laptop computer, to see if the "green-line" is always present?
I am using HP ProDisplay P232 23 inch monitor. Will it cost me much [to replace it] ?
A Google-search for "priceHP ProDisplay P232 23" gives a price of $136 in Canada.
Did you purchase the monitor within the last 12 months? If so, open a claim against the HP Warranty, to have HP repair/replace it, at HP's expense.
Did you purchase the monitor earlier this month? Maybe, the retail store where you bought it will exchange it.
