Product: HP Reverb G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
my new HP Reverb G2 is not detected, white light on cablebox blinks, all connections secure in, tried all usb 3 ports, all drivers up to date (win10, geforce 2070S, 16GB Ram), HP support Europe twice promised to send a connection kit which never arrived, my case CRM:0000037143744 was closed without solving the problem - bad style imho. can someone please help? I will return the headset within a week.

Hi@tini_27, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Reverb G2 to support the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.
I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team
Keep me posted. Happy to help!
