Product: S340C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My team and I have been using HP S340C monitors for our main display. They have a built-in camera and microphone that pops up from the top of the screen. However, when in a video call such as Teams the video is jumpy and distorts. I've been called Max Headroom in many of my meetings if that helps lol. The camera it's self does this even when using Windows Camera local to the machine. It's not internet related.
I've tried using the USB-C cable and the USB 3.0 A to B cable from the monitor to my Zbook Studio or my HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 - same results.
Please advise - Thanks!
