HP Solutions issue

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP C4180 All in One Printer that is about 10 years old. Works great! Until today. I used my HP Solutions button to run a scan on the printer and I don't get the standard Solutions screen anymore. All I get is a 4 by 4 white box with the letters i and F in it. I deleted and re installed the driver package without success. This is the first time this has ever happened. 

Any ideas what is going on?
