I bougth a HP E24I G4 WUXGA the 26th of May.
When it arrived, the first days of July, I went to my HP page to register the serial number and check the warranty.
I noticed that the warranty started in January (?).
Furthermore, the "HP Support for Initial Setup" had already expired, as it started on January 07, 2022 and expired on May 06, 2022.
How is that possible?
Did they gave me a used monitor which serial had already been registered?
The best thing after all of this, is that after using it a couple of days it started flickering, and lines appeared on the screen, not only while on windows, but also when disconnecting the HDMI cable the defects are visible in the monitor menu and HP logo during the monitor startup.
