Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

SO yes I know that it is  an old machine but it runs otherwise PERFECTLY on win 10 64 bit     DVDs and YouTube HD runs SMOOOOOTHLY  .  When I try Netflix it stutters like CRAZY.    I found a patch especially for Netfix for win 7 64 but of course it will not install.  This tells me that HP knows about the issue and once made a patch to correct it.  Does anyone know of an updated version or what it causing this?  Thanks for any help in advance.
