Product: TE01-2250xt CTO
I have a HP ENVY TE01-2250xt CTO tower. I just purchased a HP Universal USB-C Multiport Hub. I was planning to connect the hub to the USB-C port on the front of the tower, and use the hub to connect another monitor using the Display Port.
When I connect the monitor to the hub , I do not get a signal to the monitor.
I was told that the USB-C port would support a monitor in this fashion , but now I have my doubts, Any suggestions are welcome.
