Product: V28
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I''m trying to use my HP V28 monitor between two systems with different resolutions:
Computer 1 has a Radeon 560 with 4K output to the Display Port input - it works fine by itself.
Computer 2 has a HD7660D chip with 2560x1600 max output from the DVI (through an HDMI adapter into HDMI input 1)
The settings are default.
Auto-switch Input is ON.
The HP V28 monitor won't sync up to the lower resolution but flashes the image on the screen for a few seconds and then goes black.
My old HP 22eb handled this switch (although not 4K) without a problem.
How can I preset the HDMI 1 port to use a specific resolution settings?
