HP Envy X360 1T 16GB

During a recent trip, my laptop was roughly placed into the overhead storage compartment by a flight attendant. This resulted in significant damage to the laptop’s body frame, including several large dents and scratches, as well as a damaged USB port. I lodged a complaint with Air Canada’s customer service, but they declined to assist. However, they did offer to liaise with HP’s warranty service on my behalf. I urgently need to resolve this issue. Could you advise me on the next steps?

That is accidental damage. Did your warranty cover damages or simply hardware ? If NOT, the story may go on and on. Your travel insurance should cover that.

Regards.
