Product: HP Z1 All-in-One G2 Workstation

Hello. I have purchased a Quadro K3100M video card for my HP Z1 G2. When I start the all-in-one, I only get a black screen. I understand that the video card is not starting due to incompatibility. I need your advice: which high-performance video card should I use in my all-in-one? Currently, I am using a QUADRO 1000M.
