I have been using two brand new Z27 monitors for a month now. This week, the DisplayPort in on one of the two monitors has stopped working. Other ports, including HDMI continue to work.
I have confirmed this is not a cable issue, dock issue, and that it is not a driver issue (the other monitor is working perfectly).
I have factory reset the monitor, connected it directly to my computer instead of through a dock, and other things and nothing has worked. I will have to return this monitor if I can't resolve the issue.
Any other troubleshooting steps I can take?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display port is not working on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I see that you have already performed all the relevant steps and I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for the monitor.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
