Product: HP Z43 42.5-inch 4K UHD Display
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Sometimes, i.e. not specifically reproducible, the monitor does not wake up. It is connected via an Elgato “Thunderbold 3 Pro Dock“, which connects it to a 16“ MacBook Pro (2019, macOS Ventura 13.6.1), an Apple extended keyboard and a Logitech mouse. In most cases, pressing a key on the external keyboard is enough to wake up the monitor. In cases where this does not work, the only solution is to switch the monitor off and on using the power switch (toggle switch). How can I solve the problem?
