HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q252
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavillion all in one -23-q252 and I need the original software for the driver but HP doesn’t have it on there site to download. How do I go about getting a replacement disc to download the Driver?

Hi::

Below is the link to the W10 driver page for your PC.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-23-All-in-One-Desktop-PC-series/9259666...

If you can't find what you need there, you would have to pay HP for recovery media which you can use to factory reset the PC.

The link to order recovery media is on the above webpage.

HP does not supply separate disks for drivers and software only.

Thank you. Indeed, I’ve already tried this link in the past and I was referred to the HP Community.

It’s unfortunate that the computer’s Driver software is no longer available online. Windows 10 was downloaded and the Touchscreen Driver disappeared for whatever unknown reason.

This appears to be a common technical issue when Windows 10 is downloaded/upgraded. It’s also mind boggling that HP doesn’t have a solution.

You're very welcome.

I agree with you.  The no-touchscreen issue affects many different model All in One PC's, and notebook PC's.

Hardly any of the PC's have actual touchscreen drivers on the support pages, and the only ones that did are old models that ran Vista, and W7.

I always thought the touch screen drivers were included as part of the graphics driver, but I guess not.

You may want to address your concerns about this to the HP executive team at the link below.
