Hi, I have a new HP monitor HP Z27N G2 and I'm having problems connecting it to my Lenovo tablet 80VV. Can someone please confirm the correct cables that I need to link them together?
Many thanks in advance

alien PC ooooohhh ahhhhhhh 🤡 and not a DESKTOP I do not do laptops/note or tabs. but sure will try just for you.
well 99% of most laptops , not sure tabs, no use for them. ( have port hot key) RTM.
have manual. and in said manual is the secret hot key to make the video port work external
on new HP is is FN=F4 (older is F3) the key even has icon of a pretend screen and to bars on side.
ahhh you want me to read both manuals, ok
the lenovo is first. after all it dictates the rules, source does that.
did you mean this, of not this tell full model # (all)
page 15 in the table book tells you the hot key to use F10 (fn+f10)

IF yes the port is called,
"The Miix 720 comes with a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port-the revolutionary connection technology supporting high-res displays, high-performance data devices and fast charging. Hook up your Miix 720 to multiple displays*, then sync and backup at up to 40 Gbps-eight times the speed of USB 3.0! Now you can capture and edit multiple video streams in real time, or daisy-chain other devices to simplify your workflow.*Connecting to a display requires a USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort cable, depending on display interface. Connecting up to 2 displays require compatible hub/extenders.
The HP monitor works best with HDMI do movies work, using,
note:HDCP supported for DisplayPort and HDMI.so you need and cable Adpator for HDMI for best features.I do not know how good or the usage of USB-C is on this monitor due to terse users manual.
