My monitor turns on but says no signal from device when I try to connect my laptop
I've moved to the Netherlands and I'm using adapters for my 3 pin plugs
Doesn't work:
HP 27 FW (Irish)
with
Macbook 2016 (Irish) with hdmi adapter
Acer Aspire (Irish) with hdmi
Dell 2491H (Irish)
with
Macbook 2016 (Irish) with hdmi adapter
Acer Aspire (Irish) with hdmi
Does Work:
Both Monitors work with my lenovo yoga 510 (German) using irish plug and adapter for all devices
Waiting for from amazon to try
2 pin power cables for monitors
usb-c to hdmi converter
hdmi to dvi converter

@joeydelarago -- if the ACER computer is running Windows 10, and one of the HP or DELL monitors are connected:
- hold-down the Windows key (bottom-left of your keyboard)
- tap the "P" key
- release the Windows key
Do you see options to "duplicate" or "extend" the Windows desktop onto the HP (or DELL) monitor?
This is not a discussion forum for MacOS / Macbook questions.
