Hello community,
We have dozens of HP Z27K G3 monitors, and after some performance issues reported by customers, the Z27K G3 monitor has a 300-400 megabit limit on the network card even when connected to a 1 GB port. If we run local transfer tests, a Zbook Gen10 or Gen11 laptop will have a transfer rate of 40-45 MB/sec on a 1 GB port even when forcing the sync to 1 GB.
If we connect an HP 727Pk monitor or an HP USB-C Dock g5, we have a transfer speed of 110 MB/sec.
The monitor firmware and drivers are up to date. The problem is on all the monitors we have in our businesses. Is there a fix to correct this?
Is the warranty applicable to changing the model?
Thank you.
