HP Pavilion All in One 24-b217c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had no Touch screen  until I reinstalled drivers and did the touch screen test in HP Component test. (F2 at start up) . Everything worked fine after that.

Today I have no touch screen.

I still now  have the HD- compliant touch screen grayed out in device manager (error 45), But I no longer have the touch screen test in the HP Component menu. It was there one day and now gone.

Any suggestions on getting the HP Component test for Touch Screen back??

Thanks

After months of trying all the ideas on the internet I decided to rollback the Bios to default  (Factory  setup). It fixed the problem. Now I have Touch Screen back. The updated Bios I tried before must of been corrupted some how.
