Product: HP U32 4K HDR Monitor
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I cannot change the brightness on my monitor. The option is greyed out from the u32 menu. Other menu functions are working as expected.

Thanks. The issue was that the 'High Dynamic Range' setting was enabled (MacOS). Disabling this resolved the issue.
